Zachary Naidich is a dedicated plaintiff’s labor and employment attorney who has built his career fighting for fairness in the workplace. Born and raised in New York City, Mr. Naidich has always been committed to serving the people of his community.
Mr. Naidich began his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Ramon E. Reyes, Jr. in the Federal Court for the Eastern District of New York. He went on to practice in HSF Kramer’s complex commercial litigation group and later at Alan Ripka & Associates, where he gained extensive experience representing clients in high-stakes disputes. Recognized for his skill and advocacy, he has been selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars every year since 2020.
In 2024, Mr. Naidich founded his own firm with a clear mission: to stand up for workers and individuals who are too often mistreated, exploited, or silenced by powerful employers and corporations. After years of representing large companies, he chose to dedicate his practice to protecting the rights of New Yorkers and ensuring they receive the justice and dignity they deserve.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Naidich serves as an Adjunct Professor of Clinical Law at Brooklyn Law School, where he trains and mentors the next generation of lawyers. His dual role as both advocate and educator reflects his deep commitment to strengthening the legal profession while advancing the rights of working people.
